I was pleased with the order and with the product, but I was very disappointed in the communication on when I could expect delivery. There were no emails updating me, so I had to go to My Account multiple times. Even when the status changed to "Shipped" there was no email with a tracking number nor was their a tracking number that I could locate in My Account. I had no idea when the product would arrive until it did. This makes it difficult to schedule the personnel that will use the product once we have it.
